Effective January 1, 2018 Noel Greenland's was given the additional portfolio of Customer Experience. His new title is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience. He was formerly the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Operations, GKMS from August 1, 2012.

In his new role, Noel will continue to be responsible for providing visionary leadership and management to the Marketing Teams within GKMS, and identifying and implementing strategies which will enhance the company's customer relations.

Noel joined GraceKennedy Remittance Services in 1998 as Marketing Manager and has also held the position of Divisional Public Relations and Communications Manager. Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President, Marketing, a role he assumed in December 2006. His leadership has helped make Western Union the dominant brand in the remittance industry in Jamaica, Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago, while the other two brands, FX Trader and Bill Express have increased their presence in several markets across the Caribbean. Noel also has experience in the operations of the North American and the United Kingdom markets.

A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Noel holds a B.Sc. in International Relations and a Masters in Communications. He recently completed a course entitled "Leading Strategic Growth & Change" at Columbia University and is a participant in GraceKennedy's Senior Leadership Development Programme (SLDP). He is a Director on the Boards of Mona High School, Grace & Staff Community Development Foundation and the Academic Board of Excelsior Community College.

In his spare time, Noel enjoys reading, playing cricket and visiting historic places.
